1. Program Description

WSBH offers SMS messaging services to provide appointment reminders, wellness check-ins, program updates, service availability, and important notifications relevant to your care or interest in behavioral health services.

2. User Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting into SMS communications, you consent to receive recurring messages from WSBH. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any services. Message and data rates may apply.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on your interaction with WSBH programs and services. Typical communications may include:
– Appointment confirmations and reminders
– Check-in or follow-up notifications
– Crisis line or resource information
– Health education and outreach alerts

4. Opt-Out & Support

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by texting STOP to the number you received messages from. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message.

5. Privacy & Security

6. Mobile Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service is available on most U.S. carriers, but delivery and availability may vary based on your mobile service plan.

7. Changes to Terms

WSBH reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of SMS services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

What payment options do you have available?

We accept credit card payment through our patient portal or over the phone and offer a sliding scale payment option. We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana, Pacific Source, Medicaid, Aetna/First Choice, and are in the process of expanding our insurance coverage.  

How do I make an appointment?

If you are a new patient, give us a call at (406) 820-8285 and we’ll get you started. After we have your information, we’ll book an appointment for you, and you will have access to our patient portal. After your first appointment, you’ll be able to book on your own through our online system. We’re also always here by phone if you’d prefer to book with us person-to-person.

What if I would like to switch providers?

Just because someone looks like a good fit online doesn’t mean that you’re going to be the perfect match. We’re happy to help you find the right provider for you.

Do I have to live in Montana to see one of your providers?

Our providers are licensed in the state of Montana but sometimes also hold licensures in other states. Give us a call at (406) 820-8285 and we’ll help you find someone!
