Work hard, play hard- it’s the mountain town way! From spending my childhood in Pennsylvania and my adult life in Montana, I see a growing need for accessible therapy in rural areas. My experience as a Licensed Addiction Counselor and Peer Support Specialist uses a client-centered approach to address co-occurring substance use and mental health conditions, individuals impacted by the justice system, and people seeking support for recovery maintenance and relapse prevention. 

When we work together to resolve concerns with substance use, gambling, and other destructive behaviors, everyone can thrive. Together we will use evidence-based practices and set goals in a non-judgemental way. We will uncover behavior patterns and establish a game plan so you can reach personal short and long-term milestones.
